Can PayAccSys debit my bank account?
  • The PayAccSys AutoPost product works on a credit push basis and is unable to, for security reasons, debit your bank account. The Client will be required to credit a nominated PayAccSys clearing account.
  • Once PayAccSys is able to confirm receipt of funds, an automated software program will be run to debit the nominated bank account to credit all 3rd party beneficiaries.
Who is PayAccSys?
  • PayAccSys is a division of the Kelly Group. The Kelly Group (S.A.) , our holding company is owned by Brait Merchant Bank SA and Safika Technology Holdings.
What will happen if we miss the agreed cut-off time?
  • Occasionally, PayAccSys can allow an extension on the cut-off time, should a Client be experiencing problems in forwarding a payment file. PayAccSys will make every effort to process a Client's file and should the final cut-off period not be met, the Client has the option to use the Same Day Service , which attracts a higher cost.
What security is provided against the manipulation of data?
  • The PayAccSys software is password protected with a 64-bit encryption. PayAccSys recognises that the security around data of such nature is of utmost importance and takes extreme precaution in its handling and management thereof.
